LTC3649 High Voltage Monolothic Synchronous Buck Regulator with Output Voltage Control
Sep 26th 2016
In many industrial, computer and monitor application is very important to control output voltage "on the fly", during the system operation. LTC®3649 features simple and reliable way to control output by means of low power signal voltage applied to Iset pin. However, this pin can not be left floating, voltage potential must be present at all the times. To eliminate possibility of floating this pin pull-down protection resistor R1 is used.
High Voltage Monolothic Synchronous Buck Regulator with Output Voltage Control
The LTC3649 is a high efficiency 60V, 4A synchronous monolithic step-down regulator. The regulator features a single resistor programmable output voltage, internal compensation and high efficiencies over a wide VOUT range. The step-down regulator operates from an input voltage range of 3.1V to 60V and provides an adjustable rail-to-rail output range from (VIN – 0.5V) to ground while delivering up to 4A of output current.
