Current Output, High Speed, High Input Impedance Instrumentation Amplifi er

This is a variation on the standard 3-stage implementation of an Instrumentation Amplifier function. The output sense resistor, along with the extra op amp for feedback sensing, form a Howland current-source structure for generating precision output current.
