Consecutive Test Sequencer
This circuit highlights the use of LTC6993 Monostable Pulse Generator and LTC6994 Delay Block/Debouncer in a consecutive test sequencer application. This example is configured to provide a one second duration sequential test pulses after an initial delay. The initial delay is provided by the LTC6994 and the consecutive one second duration are provided by the LTC6993 using the appropriate version to either trigger off the rising or falling edge. The LTC6993 can be programmable to generate a pulse width of 1μs to 33.6 seconds. The LTC6994 can be programmed with a 1μs to 33.6 seconds delay. Both devices are part of the TimerBlox family of versatile silicon timing devices.
