Micropower Photodiode Amplifier
This is a basic photodiode amplifier which converts the tiny current output by the diode in response to light intensity to a buffered low impedance voltage source. CMOS amplifier's allow for the use of large feedback resistors and add very little input bias error current. For this Infra-Red diode the output changes 600mV for every us of photo induced power.
