Power System Management Product NVM Programming Service

Welcome to Linear Technology’s NVM (Non-Volatile Memory) Programming Service for PSM Products, a process consisting of ordering custom-programmed First Articles, then moving to Pre-Production and finally to Mass Production. Devices eligible for this service are those with internal EEPROM and compatible with the LTpowerPlay^® development software.  A maximum of ten First Articles per device type per order can be purchased with a lead time of 5 business days. The minimum requirement to proceed with this service is a zip file exported from LTpowerPlay (using File -> Export menu) containing configuration programming files and associated LTC device numbers. After uploading the programming files, an LTC customer service representative will contact you for additional information and order processing. Ordering Process

1. Log into your MyLinear account.
2. Upload the zip file exported from LTpowerPlay using the 'File' -> 'Order LT Custom-Programmed Parts…' menu item.
3. For each device identified within the zip file select the full orderable part number (package type and temperature grade) and number of First Articles (up to 10)
4. Confirm pricing for parts, programming and lot charges.
5. Submit Order.
6. You will be contacted by a Linear Express customer service representative to confirm your order and obtain your credit card or purchase order (PO) information.
7. For re-orders and pre-production quantities, please contact your customer service representative.
