Within its measurement dynamic range, these detector exhibits best-in-class accuracy and linearity over its rated operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Moreover, the parts exhibit has outstanding sensitivity. The devices operates with a single-ended RF input and require no external RF transformer, thus simplifying design while reducing costs.
