Micropower Buck

Linear Technology's micropower monolithic step-down (buck) converters are targeted at applications that need to maximize efficiency at very light loads. When in BurstMode, this product line provides standby quiescent currents in the tens of micro-amps level. Even for the 60V input buck converters, the standby quiescent current is less than 100uA.
