High Speed ADCs (Fs >=10Msps)

Linear Technology's extensive high speed ADC portfolio offers families of pin-compatible, high performance multi-channel ADCs in resolutions of 10-bit, 12-bit, 14-bit, 16-bit and 18-bit, with sample rates from 1Msps up to 310Msps, for sampling wide input bandwidths. Whatever your data acquisition needs, Linear Technology offers single, dual, quad and octal ADCs, with flexible parallel or serial interfaces, and lowest power consumption with industry leading AC and DC performance. Unique features like the digital output randomizer and alternate bit polarity modes help reduce digital feedback in situations where even good layout practice may fail.

Each ADC is supported with a demo system which demonstrates correct layout and input matching to achieve the highest performance design. The free, easy-to-use, and powerful PScope Data acquisition and Analysis software tool enables users to evaluate the performance of Linear Technology’s high speed ADC and signal chain receiver family. PScope allows users to evaluate the SNR, SFDR, THD, as well as other key parameters of high speed ADCs, quickly and easily. PScope can also perform more complicated calculations such as intermodulation distortion from a 2-tone test, or adjacent channel power ratios (ACPR) from a spread spectrum signal with the click of a button.
