JANS/DESC

Linear Technology continues to dedicate resources to meet the needs of the military markets and to ship product to the top U.S. defense electronics contractors. Linear has received full Qualified Manufacturers Listing (QML) certification/qualification. Our Joint Army Navy (JAN) products are supplied as Class level S. These QML products are listed in the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) QML-38535 manufacturers list. Additionally, Linear Technology has a selected number of Defense Electronics Supply Center (DESC) Drawings references. Military Plastic

Products offered in Military Plastic (MP) packages offer extended operating temperature range (typically -55ºC to 125ºC) over standard products.  Current product include operational amplifiers (Op Amps) and low dropout linear regulators (LDO).

H Grade: Signal Chain

To support military, space, industrial and automotive applications, Linear Technology has a line of H-Grade signal chain devices that excel in harsh environments. These H-grade devices are guaranteed and tested to perform within specifications at temperatures ranging from -40°C to over 125°C. H Grade: Power Management

To support military, space, industrial and automotive applications, Linear Technology has a line of H-Grade power management devices that excel in harsh environments. These H-grade devices are guaranteed and tested to perform within specifications at temperatures ranging from -40°C to over 125°C (140°C to 150°C maximum junction temperature for DC/DC devices).
