Photoflash and Super Capacitor Charger

Linear Technology's growing portfolio of Photoflash chargers provides effective and low profile solutions to trigger a Xenon flashlamp. These monolithic chargers have current ratings from 225mA to 2A, can operate from input voltages as low as 1.8V, are packaged in MSOP or ThinSOT packages and require very tiny transformers, charging a 220uF capacitor to 320V from 5V in as little as 3.7 seconds.
