Typical Application

Description

Demonstration circuit 1111 features the LTC2753 Dual 16-Bit SoftSpan Iout DAC. This device features six output ranges, 0 to 5V, 0 to 10V, +/- 5V, +/- 10V, +/- 2.5V, and -2.5V to + 7.5V. The DAC has an offset adjust input pin and a compensation pin to allow optimization of transient response.

The QuickEval System is a USB-based product demonstration and data acquisition system for use with Linear Technology’s A/D, D/A, LED drivers and Powered Ethernet Controllers. The system consists of a USB Data Acquisition Controller board that connects to individual daughter cards for specific Linear Technology products. The software also includes web links to the appropriate device data sheets and provides an automatic update feature to keep the software current with the latest set of device drivers.
