Transportation Flow 3ZZ for Safety Related and Other Critical Automotive and Transportation Applications

The 3ZZ flow incorporates stringent process controls and additional screening to reduce board level and field failures to meet our customers’ most stringent quality and reliability requirements. Safety related and other critical applications, such as battery management and adaptive cruise control in automobiles, should utilize the 3ZZ flow in order to ensure the lowest level of temperature related failures possible. The 3ZZ flow can be ordered with I or H temperature grade products.

Key steps in the 3ZZ flow include:

• 100% room, hot and cold electrical testing
• Stringent in-process monitors
• Each lot is subject to outgoing Quick Reaction Reliability (QR2) testing to help identify any maverick lots
