LCD/CCD/OLED Bias

Linear Technology manufactures a broad line of high performance switching regulators specifically for generating bias voltages in CCFL and LCD applications. These boost regulators offer typical input voltage capability from 0.9V to 30V, output voltages as high as 60V, switching frequencies up to 3MHz, switch current up to 1.5A, and multiple output capability. This combination of features allows very small circuit implementations and optimizes battery run time in battery operated handheld devices.
